The CBE program offers preferred procurement opportunities on contracts offered by the District of Columbia to 1) Local Business Enterprises (LBE) headquartered in the District 2) Small Business Enterprises (SBE).
Our certification in both categories gives SLS 5 preference points, which translates to a 5% price reduction by DSLBD on DC contract bids or proposals made by us.
